Welcome to SocialDealz! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using SocialDealz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Introduction

SocialDealz is an online marketplace that helps people buy and sell Facebook pages safely. These Terms apply to all users — buyers, sellers, and visitors.

Key definitions:

  • "We", "Us", "Our" refer to SocialDealz and its operators.
  • "You", "Your" refer to you, the user (buyer, seller, or visitor).
  • "Page" refers to any Facebook page listed or traded on our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use SocialDealz, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your area and with Facebook's own policies.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Keep your login details secure and confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate any account we suspect of violating these Terms or engaging in fraud.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, and not to:

  • Violate the rights of others or any applicable laws.
  • Harass, defraud, or harm other users.
  • List pages you do not own or control.
  • Use bots or automated systems without permission, or overload our systems.
  • Attempt to complete deals outside the platform to avoid fees.

5. Buying and Selling Pages

5.1 Sellers

  • Provide accurate details about the page (followers, monetization, status, etc.).
  • Confirm that you own or fully control the page and have the right to sell it.
  • Transfer full admin access to our admin profile before your listing is approved.
  • Once a sale is completed, your payout is credited after our commission is deducted.

5.2 Buyers

  • Review listing details carefully before buying.
  • Provide a valid Facebook profile URL where the page access will be transferred.
  • Pay through our provided payment method and submit a valid transaction reference.
  • Access is delivered only after the admin verifies your payment.

6. Fees and Commission

SocialDealz charges a commission of 10% (or the rate shown at listing time) on completed sales. Sellers pay nothing upfront — the commission is automatically deducted from the sale amount when a deal is completed, and the remaining balance is credited to the seller's wallet. Any applicable fees are shown clearly before you proceed.

7. Payments, Payouts and Delivery

Buyers pay via the payment link provided on the platform and confirm with a transaction reference. The admin verifies the payment and transfers page access to the buyer's profile. Sellers receive their payout (after commission) to their chosen UPI ID or bank account, subject to the minimum payout amount.

8. Refunds and Disputes

If a payment is made but access has not yet been delivered and the order is cancelled, the buyer is eligible for a refund. Once access is successfully transferred, the sale is generally final. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours through chat or contact; we will review and, if valid, arrange a fair resolution. We may take strict action against any user who violates these Terms or acts in bad faith. Please also see our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on SocialDealz (text, graphics, logos, software) is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our branding without written permission. By submitting content (like listing images), you grant us a license to display it as part of the Service.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to those practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers and take reasonable steps to verify listings, but we do not guarantee the future performance of any page (such as follower retention or Facebook's own actions). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you must stop using the platform.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
